Database developer @ Incedo

Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and develop database schemas and applications using SQL and NoSQL databases like Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra
Write efficient and well-optimized database queries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement database features and enhancements
Debug and troubleshoot complex database issues
Ensure data security, availability, and scalability of production systems
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best.

Skills Requirements:

Strong understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
Proficiency in database programming languages such as SQL and PL/SQL.
Experience with database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
Familiarity with database design principles and normalization techniques.
Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help employees grow and develop professionally and focus on Career Management.

8-10 years of work experience in relevant field
B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
