Job Description

URGENT HIRING AREA SALES MANAGER (ASM)

Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Locations (HQs):

Surat
Vapi / Valsad

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives in the assigned territory.
Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed targets.
Build and strengthen relationships with doctors, distributors, and stockists.
Implement company strategies and ensure market penetration.
Conduct regular fieldwork and provide guidance to the team.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate / Science / Pharmacy background preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a successful Medical Representative or 12 years as a First-Line Manager.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Exposure to the pharma industry is mandatory.
Age & CTC: As per industry standards (No bar for the right candidate).
