Job Description

US-Based Voice Customer Service (Healthcare)

Location: Thane & Mumbai

Education: Minimum HSC

Experience:

HSC/Graduate Freshers eligible

Minimum 6 months of BPO experience preferred


Shift & Schedule:

5 days working, 2 days off (Rotational)

US-based night rotational shift (5:30 pm- 9:30 am, 9 hours window)


Salary Range: 24,000 40,000 per month

 

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for US healthcare clients

Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through clear communication

Adhere to compliance and quality standards

Maintain call logs and update customer records


Skills Required:

Strong verbal communication skills in English

Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Good listening and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work in rotational night shifts
