About the Role:
We are hiring Customer Success Associates for our Insurance Line of Business. This is a great opportunity for graduates and professionals who want to grow their careers in client engagement and insurance services.

Key Highlights:

• Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

• Location: Office No. 1501 & 1508, Nyati Enthral, Sr. No. 12/1A, Mundhwa-Kharadi Bypass, Kharadi South Main Road, Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411014

• Compensation: 25,000 31,000 CTC per month

• Shifts: Rotational (Female candidates day shift till 8 PM; Male candidates complete rotational). 6 days working.

Responsibilities & Skillset:

• Engage with customers effectively in English & Hindi (knowledge of Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada is an advantage).

• Strong communication with no MTI/RTI, grammar, or pronunciation errors.

• Handle queries with empathy and professionalism.

• Build relationships while supporting insurance-related services.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate from any field.

• Open to freshers and experienced professionals.

• Preferred: Insurance background and sales acumen.
