Customer Service Representative International Voice Process

Job Summary

Seeking a customer-focused representative to handle inbound and outbound voice interactions with international customers. The role requires excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to resolve issues quickly while meeting service level targets. This position involves working with CRM systems, following process guidelines, and supporting a positive customer experience across multiple channels where required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally and courteously
  • Diagnose customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions or product information
  • Record and update customer interactions and case details in the CRM system
  • Follow escalation procedures for complex issues and engage appropriate teams
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and quality standards
  • Achieve performance goals related to customer satisfaction, call quality, and productivity
  • Adapt communication style to customers from diverse cultures and language backgrounds
  • Participate in training sessions and process improvement initiatives
  • Support cross-functional handoffs and follow-through on pending customer promises

Required Qualifications

  • Strong spoken and written English; additional language skills are a plus (Malayalam)
  • Previous experience in a voice-based customer service or contact center role preferred
  • Comfortable working in shift-based schedules including evenings, nights, or weekends as needed
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM applications and call center tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or college coursework preferred

Process Details

  • Inbound / Outbound International voice/Blended process
  • Rotational Shifts
  • Shift window 5:30 PM to 6:30 AM (Any 9:30 Hours)
  • 5 Days Working 2 rotational week off
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • One side Transportation will be provided
  • Looking for Immediate joiners
  • Relocation will not be accepted
