Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on medications, treatment options, and healthcare products to customers.
  
• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently according to prescriptions.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and inventory management.
  
• Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) or Master's degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm).
  
• 0-5 years of experience in retail pharmacy or clinical setting preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, including dispensing processes and regulations.
  
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to handle diverse patient populations.
