Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage billing processes for hospital services, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to patients.
  
• Generate AR (Accounts Receivable) statements, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding payments.
  
• Coordinate with insurance companies to process claims and ensure prompt payment from third-party payors.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient accounts, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment details.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to patient inquiries regarding billing matters.
