Charles River IMS Trading & OEMS Consultant (Contract)

Location: Duration: 36 months (extendable)

Role Summary

We are looking for a CRIMS Trading & OEMS Consultant to support and enhance Charles Rivers Order & Execution Management System. The role includes daily front-office support, optimizing execution workflows, and leading implementations for new asset classes or trading setups

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day OMS support: order entry, allocations, execution, blotter setup

Configure trading workflows and FIX connectivity across asset classes.

Manage the full trade lifecycle: order creation, compliance checks, execution, and post trade updates.

Implement/upgrade CRIMS trading modules, including TCA and commission setup.

Ensure best execution and compliance integration with CRIMS tools.

• Train and support traders; resolve trading issues quickly.

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years with CRIMS trading/OMS (or similar buy-side OMS); front-office support required.

Knowledge of multi-asset trading workflows (equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives).

Strong with FIX protocol, OMS configuration, and SQL troubleshooting.

Familiarity with trading compliance (MiFID II, restricted lists, reporting).

Bachelors in Finance/Business/IT; Trading certifications a plus.
