Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from clients and address their queries related to trading activities and financial products.
• Online Dealing: Execute trades online based on client instructions and market conditions.
• Buying & Selling of Shares: Manage the buying and selling of shares on behalf of customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Confirmation & Execution of Orders: Confirm and execute orders as per client requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Promoting Financial Products: Promote and provide information about financial products and services to clients, helping them make informed investment decisions.
• Understanding Online Trading Platform: Demonstrate proficiency in using online trading platforms to efficiently manage and execute trades.
• Cross selling of various Third party financial products.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Qualification : Minimum Graduate
• Experience : 0 and above (Fresher can also Apply)
• Certification : NISM 8 - Mandatory certification required Before joining

• Add Advantage if candidate can speak any South Language or Bengali or Gujarati

Benefit : Fixed Salary (As per company Policy) + Incentives
