Job Description
Key Role:
- Perform network management and routine monitoring to ensure connectivity and performance.
- provide technical support for Cisco, HPE Aruba, Palo Alto, Checkpoint & Fortinet products.
- Designing Network solutions for LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, SD-WAN, ILL, IP Sec Tunnel, Cloud connectivity, multi-cloud environment etc.
- Architect and develop network designs for ODC setup for various clients
Proficiency in:
- Implement and manage site wide connectivity (wired, wireless, SD-WAN) in India and overseas.
- Plan and execute deployment, maintenance and support of all internal IT Network devices.
- Maintain / Achieve high availability for all network systems across Company.
- Manage and optimize network links, network traffic, latency & failover configuration, network devices to meet evolving need of organization.
- Manage network asset life cycle hardware & software.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, BGP, OSPF, ILL and VPN configuration.
- Identify root cause analysis and resolution of critical incidents.
- Configure and manage Checkpoint firewall, FortiGate Firewall, ION Firewall and security protocols.
- Lead the rollout of new IT initiatives & updates ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption.
- Document and prepare layout of topologies & configurations.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance during escalations.
- Lead network changes & Change Management.
- Lead security audits and assessments, identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
- Ensure consistent and reliable support of IT across domestic location and overseas locations.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure connectivity with Cisco ISE, Cisco SD-WAN, Palo Alto SASE platform.
- Evaluate and select new IT Tools and technologies conducting POC and evaluation process.
- Bring cost-benefit to the overall IT solution with improved performance and user satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of IT network fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members supporting their professional development.
Ideal Candidate:
- Good experience in the field of Network Operations, Management, Planning and Designing.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the Cloud Computing with Azure / AWS / GCP.
- Preferably experience on SASE platform on Palo Alto / Prisma Access.
- Good Knowledge in Cisco Identity Service Engine, Cisco & HPE Aruba Wireless Controllers.
- Proven experience in a Senior IT leadership role with a strong track record of managing IT operations and audits.
- Deep understanding of modern IT infrastructure, cloud computing and security features.
- Experience with compliance framework such as ISO 27001.
- Excellent leadership, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive fast growing environment.
- Experience in managing teams across multiple time zones
Desired Skills / Certifications:
- Cisco: CCNA, CCNP OR CCIE
- Checkpoint: CCSA / CCSE
- Palo Alto: PCCSA / PCNSA / PCNSE
