Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end program management for FLG and Corporate learning initiatives, ensuring timely planning, smooth execution, and proper closure
- Prepare and update the functional Learning and Talent dashboard monthly to track learning hours across various non-distribution functions
- Prepare the Learning Hour dashboard twice a month to monitor learning activities, participation, and provide insights on focus areas
- Manage vendor onboarding, raise Purchase Requests (PR), process Purchase Orders (PO), and oversee the program execution and payment cycles
- Maintain and update documentation related to Scholar Policy and Creche Policy
- Coordinate event communications, including sending invitations, collecting feedback, and ensuring closure for all learning events and programs
- Maintain accurate budget and payment trackers for assigned areas, ensuring proper financial management.
Preferred candidate profile:
- 2 - 4 years of experience in L&D, HR operations, or program coordination.
Contract Terms:
This is an off-roll, contractual position with an initial duration of 6 months. The engagement will be reviewed at the end of this period for potential extension based on performance
