Job Location: Noida Sector 90

Job Type: Full-time

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Tellecaller of minimum experience of 1 year to join our team. The Tellecaller will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, promoting property sales, and assisting potential clients with their real estate needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a keen interest in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, including property buyers, sellers, and investors, to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Client Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls to answer inquiries, provide property details, and guide clients through the buying or selling process.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update client databases, track leads, follow up on queries, and ensure accurate records of interactions.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about real estate properties, available properties.
  • Sales Support: Assist clients with property-related queries, schedule property viewings, and provide post-sale support as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to ensure effective communication and smooth handling of clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in tellecalling , preferably in real estate.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone.
  • Good knowledge of real estate trends and terminology is an advantage.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel , google sheets ).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
