Job Description

Key Responsibility:

Selected candidates will be performing the role of Seller/Partner Support Associates for Marketplace projects.
This will entail analyzing data and addressing queries/concerns of Sellers over multiple communication channels
Act as a primary solution provider to Sellers/end customer/ SPOCs that are looking forward to have any issues/ concern addressed
In addition to providing a remarkable Seller/Customer/Client experience, Associate is expected to address tech/semi-tech issues, identify and implement process improvements, document and contribute to a team environment, all while adhering to service level agreements for phone, email and/or chat cases
Continuously strive to provide a world-class experience to sellers/partners

Preferred Candidates:

Have experience an experience in US voice process
