Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct Risk and Control Self- Assessments(RCSA), incident reviews and thematic control testing.
Develop and review Key Risk Indicators (KRIs),escalate breaches and implement remedial actions.
Coordinate with Internal Audit, Compliance and other control functions to address operational risk observations.
Drive risk culture and awareness through regular training, communication and lessons learned.
Treasury and capital market operations, oversee settlements, confirmations, and documentation for domestic and international trades.
Manage SWIFT payments, Nostro accounts, SSI updates and coordination with brokers and counterparties.
Ensure compliance with investment policies and monitor concentration limits and exposure.
Policy and Regulatory reporting lead timely and accurate submission of regulatory returns and RBI data indents.
Formulate and update risk and operational policies, across Treasury and ICG functions.
Automation and projects, collaborate on digital transformation and automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and enhance control.
Participate in system testing, UATs and implementation of risk related technology solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

Banking Industry
CFA(ICFAI)
Excellent knowledge of operational risk principles and regulatory compliance.
Strong communication
Analytical thinking
