Senior Software Engineer @ IT Services

Job Description

Key Skills: Azure, Python, React

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python and Azure.
• Implement Azure CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
• Utilize AWS services including EC2, S3, EBS, VPC, ELB, AMI, SNS, RDS, IAM, Route 53, Lambda, Cloud Front, and Cloud Watch for cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GitHub/Azure Repo for version control.
• Manage and optimize application performance on various operating systems including Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS, and Windows.
• Integrate SonarQube and Fortify with CI/CD processes to ensure code quality and security.
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in Azure cloud platform (Must-Have)
• Proficient in Python for backend development (Must-Have)
• Working knowledge of React for frontend development (Nice-to-Have)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitHub or Azure Repo
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.
• Proficient in OS environments like Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS, and Windows
• Knowledge of SonarQube and Fortify for code quality and security checks
• Strong collaboration, troubleshooting, and mentoring skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
