Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong Salesforce development expertise to work closely with architects and drive technical solutions within critical healthcare and enterprise platforms.Primary Responsibilities
Expert-level hands-on experience in Salesforce technology and system architectureSolid working knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Health CloudProficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSSAPI integration experience with both REST and SOAP; MuleSoft experience is a plusAbility to communicate clearly and present solutions to stakeholders in a user-friendly mannerAbility to lead, mentor, and guide developers in adopting best practicesGood understanding of Salesforce deployment tools and practicesExperience with Agile, Scrum, and iterative development methodologiesSalesforce Certifications (Developer or Architect) preferredEssential Functions
Lead a team of engineers to ensure design consistency and high-quality deploymentsInfluence decision-making across architecture and executive teamsContribute to policy, budgeting, and planning decisionsParticipate in the full software development lifecycle: design, customization, testing, supportTroubleshoot and correct existing software to improve functionalityUse scientific analysis and modeling for software design and performance predictionsEngage in hardware/software configuration planning based on business needsQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)Proven problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with niche tools like Scala or Spark is a bonusHow to Apply
