Dear All,

Greetings from Rapidcare,

We are looking for a reliable Admin Executive to handle day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage office supplies and inventory
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Handle calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain organized filing systems (physical & digital)
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Assist in basic bookkeeping and reporting tasks

Requirements:

Proven admin or office support experience
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Bachelors degree preferred
