Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with empathy and professionalism.
  
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
  
• Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.
  
• Meet performance targets set by the organization for call handling time, resolution rates, etc.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment (preferably international voice process).
  
• Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
  
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts (as per business requirements).
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
