Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with empathy and professionalism.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.
Meet performance targets set by the organization for call handling time, resolution rates, etc.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment (preferably international voice process).
Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts (as per business requirements).
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
