Job Description

Grade Level (for internal use):

Responsibilities:

Architect and implement high-quality scalable full stack solutions
Facilitate design thinking workshops and user-focused discovery sessions
Lead AI-assisted development practices using Copilot, Claude, or Cursor
Mentor developers and enforce engineering best practices
Prototype with ML/LLM frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, PyTorch
Drive Vibe Coding to foster internal innovation and quality culture

Qualifications:

8-12 years of full-stack dev + leadership experience
Strong in React, C#, and cloud-native dev (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Proven use of design thinking in real-world problem solving
Proficient in Git, CI/CD, containerization
AI/ML implementation experience using industry-standard frameworks
