Job Description
Role & Responsibilities Beauty Advisor
- Greet and assist customers in selecting beauty products based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product knowledge, beauty tips, and personalized recommendations.
- Demonstrate makeup, skincare, and fragrance products to enhance customer experience.
- Achieve sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge of new launches, promotions, and brand guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure proper stock replenishment and assist in inventory management.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards at the counter/store.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support professionally.
- Collaborate with store staff and report sales performance to the manager.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum qualification: High school/diploma/graduate (preferably in beauty, fashion, or related field).
- Prior experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, or customer service preferred.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and makeup with updated knowledge of industry trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and confident in personal presentation.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Skilled in product demonstrations, makeup application, and consultations.
- Flexible with work schedules, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours if required.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Multilingual abilities (local language + English) will be an added advantage.
