Job Description

We have an urgent opening for the role of US HR Operations for our client.

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai

Shift: 5:30 pm to 3:00 am

Job Description

Good understanding of HRO.
Should have Case Management experience.
Should have good listening and empathy skills.
Candidate should explain the entire ER process.
Candidate should explain the significance and impact of the case well.
Check on who the stakeholders are and where the get the information and who do you pass it on to
Check the number of employees, candidate has managed the ER for.
Check on the candidate's dispute resolution understanding.
Probe more to check the knowledge of the candidate.
Good MS Excel experience.
Team Management experience.
