    Outbound voice process

    Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain conversations with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs.

    Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

    Education: Must be a Graduate; freshers are encouraged to apply.

    Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills are essential.

    Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
