Job Description
- As an experienced professional in Identity and Access Management (IDAM), you will be proficient in a wide range of IDAM technologies including Cyberark, Forgerock, Microsoft Identity Manager, Okta, Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Ping/Federate, Sailpoint, Saviyant, and others. Your expertise will cover areas such as Access Management, Desktop, Federated, Web-based Single Sign-On (SSO), Kerberos, SAML, IDAM design, workflow, implementation, Identity Governance Framework, Attestation, Access Certification, Role Management, Auditing, Entitlement Management, XACML, Identity and Account Provisioning and Reconciliation, and SPML. A typical day in your role at Infosys will involve working closely with clients to understand their challenges, diagnose issues, propose innovative solutions, and oversee the implementation process to ensure client satisfaction. You will be responsible for contributing to proposal development, solution design, configuration activities, conducting pilots, and providing expertise in resolving requirements-related queries. Additionally, you will be involved in product demonstrations, technology workshops, effort estimation, and project leadership to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations. In this role, you will also be expected to develop value-driven strategies that drive innovation, growth, and profitability for clients. Your responsibilities will include staying updated on the latest technologies and industry trends, demonstrating logical thinking and problem-solving skills, collaborating effectively with teams, understanding financial processes and pricing models, assessing and improving existing processes, and showcasing client interfacing, project management, and team management capabilities.
