Job Responsibilities

1. Strategic Alignment - ensure that the project aligns with the companys strategic objectives by prioritizing tasks and resources to meet business goals efficiently.

2. Return on Investment (ROI) - increase the projects ROI by reducing waste and ensuring cost effectiveness

3. Risk Identification - identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies

4. Contingency Planning - Prepare for unforeseen issues, ensuring project stays on track

5. Stakeholder Management - facilitate effective communication among stakeholders ensuring everyone is informed and aligned

6. Project Management tools - statistical tools and project management methodologies will be implemented for desirable project outcomes and streamline processes
