Job Description

The position holder will be an individual contributor

Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients
Ensure that clients are using and derive benefit from IndiaMART

Interact with clients over calls & video calls to achieve weekly,monthly sales and client retention targets
Prompt resolution of client complaints
Daily 18-20 client video meetings and call discussions for sales & servicing
Accurate mapping of products/services in clients e-catalog
Systematic follow-up with the clients to ensure time-bound closure tosales & service issues

Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation ,or MBA/PGDM

Skills Required:

Sales , Upselling , Client Retention , Negotiation Skills , Communication , Client Servicing
