Genpact urgent Hiring for the role Business Analyst: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 5+ Years
Shift Timing: 12 PM to 10 PM IST
Looking for immediate to serving notice period up to 30 days as it is urgent!
We are inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst: Supply Chain Analyst
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data and publishing reports.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly and quarterly statistical forecasting of service parts, ensuring delivery of accurate and actionable insights aligned with business goals.
- Drive continuous enhancement of forecasting methodologies and inventory optimization strategies.
- Measure and communicate the impact of forecast accuracy on operational efficiency.
- Oversee SKU performance and lead rationalization initiatives to streamline product portfolios.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Prepare and present comprehensive analysis reports to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear insights to support informed decision-making.
- Evaluate local, national, and global market trends to assess their implications on both the organization and the industry and incorporate findings into strategic planning.
- Design and implement initiatives to streamline supply chain operations, minimize costs, and maximize overall efficiency.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, introducing innovative ideas and process enhancements that drive excellence.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal best practices, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and integrating compliance into operations.
- Support cross-functional teams and project coordinators in achieving operational excellence and exceeding KPIs, acting as a key contributor to strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to enable cohesive and responsive supply chain performance.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data
- Sound knowledge MS-Excel
- Logical reasoning and Problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Has experience in presenting updates with business leaders/stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Preferred Skills
- Experience with supply chain visibility platforms.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with SQL.
