Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Act as the strategic HR partner for the Tamil Nadu region, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
  
• Lead end-to-end HR operations including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and HR Compliance.
  
• Partner with Business and Sales Leadership to forecast manpower requirements and build robust recruitment strategies.
  
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction, retention, and organizational culture.
  
• Implement performance management processes to build a high-performing workforce.
  
• Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes in adherence to company policies.
  
• Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence across the region.
  
• Design and execute Learning & Development programs to strengthen employee capability.
  
• Act as a change management leader while driving HR digitalization and process improvements.
  
• Build and mentor a strong HR team to support business expansion in the Tamil Nadu region

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
  
• 10 to 14 years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a regional leadership role.
  
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance in Tamil Nadu.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to manage large teams and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
