Were looking for a Cluster Head - Reacquisition / Winback Business. You will be responsible for

overseeing and nurturing a team of 50-60 direct and indirect members, while

also taking ownership of customer acquisition count and service sold from a pool of old churned customers.

Your primary focus will be on fostering a best-in-class client servicing

environment, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the team operates at

optimal efficiency.

  • Sales Process Management: Ensure that the entire team follows the target inputs and efforts. Experience in daily sales ops of driving daily, weekly & monthly KPIs is required.
  • Customer Acquisition: Own the cluster's P&L delivering the required re-acquisitions of the customer and the collection from the same.
  • Team Development: Build, mentor, and empower high-performing
  • teams in a culture of continuous growth, collaboration, and
  • Excellence. Hire, Train, Retain a team of high caliber members
  • Client Insight & Feedback: Conduct meaningful client interactions
  • to extract actionable insights on services and products, and
  • channel this feedback to internal teams for improvement.
  • Innovative Solutions: Leverage data-driven insights to design and
  • implement innovative, scalable servicing models that boost
  • operational efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.

Client Engagement & Tele-Sales Expertise: Skilled in handling

clients with a consultative approach and applying effective telesales

techniques to drive business outcomes.
