Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across various departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in businessmanagement.


  • Lead and manage a team of 2030 members, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals.
  • Strategically plan, forecast, and achieve fortnightly and monthly client retention targets across the assigned client portfolio.
  • Build and nurture strong, professional relationships with clients to drive long-term engagement.
  • Hire, train, and retain team members by formulating development plans and addressing their training needs.
  • Ensure swift and effective resolution of client issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support the field sales team in meeting revenue and retention targets through structured follow-ups and timely deal closures.
  • Conduct 23 in-person client meetings daily to strengthen relationships and drive business outcomes.
