Job Title: Pega Lead CSSA Certified
Location: Nagpur(Hybrid mode)
Notice period: immediate to 30 days only
Experience Required: 4 to 8 Years

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Pega Lead (CSSA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Pega development and architecture, with a passion for delivering high-quality enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Pega development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Design and implement solutions using Enterprise Class Structure, Application Layer Cake, and Rule Resolution.
- Develop and optimize Case Management, Flows, Data Pages, and perform Log Analysis.
- Implement and manage Background Processing using Job Schedulers and Queue Processors.
- Write and optimize SQL scripts for data operations.
- Understand and manage Server Architecture, Database Design, and Node Classification.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
- Work in Agile environments, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and interact with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
Required Skills:
- PEGA CSSA Certification is mandatory.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Pega development.
- Strong understanding of Pega architecture and design principles.
- Experience with background processing and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in SQL and database concepts.
- Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automation.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization.
