Job Description


Hi All


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Team Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment activities while leading a team of recruiters and engaging directly with clients. This role is ideal for someone who can balance individual delivery, team mentorship, and client relationship management effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


Individual Contributor Responsibilities (30%)


  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for mid-to-senior level roles across functions
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from submission till joining
  • Meet monthly hiring targets
  • Use job portals, social media, and other sources for proactive sourcing
  • Ensure high-quality candidate profiles throughout the process
  • Maintain the required TAT

Team Management (35%)


  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters; provide regular training and guidance
  • Allocate requirements across the team and monitor them on a daily basis
  • Validate the profiles on quality as per the given requirement
  • Track performance metrics (e.g., Sub to Interview, Interview to offer and offer-to-join ratio)
  • Conduct regular team reviews and recruitment challenges
  • Drive adherence to recruitment SLAs and quality standards

Client & Stakeholder Management (35%)


  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
  • Understand client requirements,take necessary client calls and meetings
  • Responsible as a single POC for E2E client delivery right from submissions till onboarding
  • Fulfill the given requirements as per the SLA and reach the targets every month
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and customer retention

Key Skills & Competencies:


  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Strong people management and team leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
  • Good understanding of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requirements simultaneously
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
  • Hands-on experience in volume hiring or niche skills is a plus
  • Good stability in career
