Job Description
We are looking to hire a dedicated Construction Assistant. You will be responsible for aiding our Construction Managers in overseeing the completion of several construction projects by completing a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities
Research any needed information to complete competitive bids.
Aid managers with client and employee communication and scheduling as needed.
Help coordinate employee schedules and time clocks.
Ensure our builders have all the supplies they need to complete a project.
Order and invoice suppliers as needed.
Help coordinate subcontractors as needed.
Perform basic office and administrative duties.
Aid with all other tasks as instructed by the Manager.
Requirements
Must possess a High School degree or equivalent
Previous experience in construction or as a project assistant is strongly desired
Must be physically capable of aiding with construction as needed
Must be able and willing to provide a variety of office tasks
Must be incredibly organized and hard-working
Must possess strong research and communication skills
Must possess a keenly analytical mind
Must be a strong team player
