Job Description

Supervise and lead production team members on the shop floor.

Plan, organize, and monitor daily production schedules to meet output and quality goals.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Train, guide, and motivate staff to maximize productivity and teamwork.

Monitor equipment and machinery performance; coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs.

Control waste, optimize resources, and improve production efficiency.

Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and shift reports.

Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Address employee concerns and foster a safe, positive work environment.

Bachelors degree/diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor, Line Leader, or similar role in manufacturing/production.

Strong knowledge of production processes, safety regulations, and quality management systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Ability to solve problems, make quick decisions, and handle pressure effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.

Flexibility to work in shifts as required.

Requires adherence to safety protocols, PPE usage, and hands-on involvement in daily operations.
