Job Description
- You will be joining a leading educational institution that is committed to empowering students with essential skills in aviation and hospitality. The focus is on creating an engaging learning environment that emphasizes practical knowledge and personal development, preparing students for successful careers in the aviation and hospitality industries. Your responsibilities will include delivering engaging lessons on various aviation and hospitality-related modules such as Grooming, Cabin Crew, Airport Ground Staff, Hospitality, and Travel and Tourism. You should be able to teach Basic English Grammar and Basic Conversation to students, fostering a strong foundational understanding of the subject. Additionally, you will create unique presentations and resources to facilitate easy and interactive learning, utilizing role plays and real-life scenarios to make learning enjoyable and practical. As part of your role, you will counsel students and parents on career pathways in aviation and hospitality, providing thoughtful guidance and support. It's important to note that you should be available to work on Sundays and willing to work at any center as required for operations. The ideal candidate for this position would have a 12th Pass / Degree in any field / Diploma in Hotel Management from a reputed university with a minimum of 3 years of experience as Cabin Crew, Ground staff, or in Hospitality. You should also have proven experience in teaching or training, preferably in an academic or vocational setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to engage and inspire students. Familiarity with creating multimedia presentations and digital learning tools is advantageous. A passion for the aviation and hospitality industries, along with a solid understanding of career opportunities within these fields, is also desired.,
