Review and analyze denied claims from insurance companies.

Apply appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes to ensure accurate claim resubmission.

Research payer policies and guidelines to minimize future denials.

Collaborate with physicians, coders, and billing teams to resolve coding-related denials.

Prepare denial trend analysis and provide feedback for process improvement.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and coding standards.

Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality benchmarks.

Graduate in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field (preferred).

14 years of experience in Denial Coding / Medical Coding (RCM).
-
Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and payer guidelines.

Certification (CPC, CCS, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.

Good communication and analytical skills.
