Job Description

You are a dynamic and goal-driven Area Sales Manager responsible for leading sales operations in the assigned region for PNB Housing Finance Limited in Mohali, Punjab. Your role involves handling Relationship Officers and other field sales profiles, achieving regional sales targets, leading, training, and motivating the team, ensuring performance tracking and reporting, as well as conducting field visits and market supervision. To excel in this position, you should possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and experience in field sales. As an ideal candidate, you must be a graduate with an MBA preferred, willing to travel with your own vehicle, and have excellent communication and leadership abilities.
