Mainframe CICS and MQ Admin @ Infosys

Job Description

As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility is to address customer concerns effectively by identifying problem areas, devising innovative solutions, and overseeing their implementation to ensure client satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in developing proposals, contributing to solution design, configuring products, conducting pilots, and resolving any issues related to requirements and design. Additionally, you will be involved in presenting solution demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, estimating efforts, and leading small projects to deliver high-quality solutions that add value to customers. Your technical expertise should include hands-on experience in Mainframe CICS and MQ environments. You will be expected to support the operations of Mainframe CICS infrastructure, manage CICS MQ series, define CICS resources, handle online terminals, programs, bundles, and set up new CICS regions. Furthermore, you should have experience in upgrading CICS TS from lower to higher versions, monitoring tools such as CA SYSVIEW, Omegamon, Mainview, and expertise in Websphere MQSeries on z/OS v7.1 to v9.
