The incumbent in this role is responsible for implementing roadmaps for business process analysis, data analysis, identifying gaps, defining business requirements and functions, applying best practices, facilitating meetings, and contributing to project planning. Consultants are expected to participate in solution building for clients and the practice. This role involves handling higher scale and complexity compared to a Consultant profile and requires proactive engagement with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Receive, log, and meticulously track all incidents and service requests related to the cards platform in a designated ticketing system - Assess the severity and impact of incidents, and prioritize them based on established criteria - Act as the central point of contact for all incident-related communication - Coordinate support activities between different technical teams - Escalate complex or unresolved incidents to higher-level support teams - Generate reports on incident volume, resolution times, service request fulfillment rates, and other key metrics related to the cards platform support Mandatory Skills: Cards Experience: 5-8 Years Join Wipro and be a part of our journey to reinvent the future.
