Job Description

We are hiring for a leading private sector bank for the role of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager CASA Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers for Current and Savings Accounts in the assigned region.
Drive customer engagement and activation for digital banking channels.
Achieve monthly acquisition targets by identifying and fulfilling customer needs.
Maintain compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
Support sales managers with market mapping and customer feedback.

Desired Profile:

Graduate in any stream.
1-6 years of experience in sales / business development (preferably in BFSI).
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Open to field-based role.

Compensation:
3.0 5.0 LPA + incentives
