Job Details:

Position: Customer service/Collection executive/sales executive
Location: Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane
Shift: Day/US/UK/24*7 shift
Salary: 1.5 LPA to upto 5 LPA
Job Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbound Voice Process (Customer Support)

• Answer customer queries and provide resolutions over the phone.
• Assist customers with product or service-related issues.
• Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and escalate cases when necessary.
• Maintain customer records and update databases.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.

2. Outbound Voice Process (Sales/Telecalling)

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
• Pitch products or services and generate leads.
• Conduct surveys or gather feedback.
• Follow up with customers to complete sales or resolve concerns.
• Maintain call logs and update CRM systems.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills in English.
2. Minimum 6 months/ 1 years of experience in BPO Industry (Freshers welcome if applicable).
