Job Description
Job SummarySynechron is seeking a skilled ReactJS Developer to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications utilizing React, Redux, and related technologies. Your contributions will directly impact the delivery of scalable, responsive, and accessible applications that meet the evolving needs of our clients and support our business objectives. Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the technical excellence and innovation of our solutions.
Software RequirementsRequired Skills:
- Proficiency with React (versions 16 and above) and Redux
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with React Native (preferred but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Development tools like Node.js, npm/yarn, and common build tools (Webpack, Babel)
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of TypeScript
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Enzyme
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud integration (AWS, Azure)
- Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive web applications using React, Redux, and React Native as applicable.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best coding practices and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams to translate user requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure implementation of efficient, secure, and accessible features.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues impacting application performance and stability.
- Stay informed on industry trends and incorporate best practices related to React and front-end development.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality, performance, and accessibility standards.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience with React, Redux, and React Native

- Minimum of 3years of professional experience actively developing applications with React.

- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Prior exposure to React Native or mobile application development is advantageous.
- Candidates with experience across various industries or in diverse development roles are encouraged to apply.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers during the design and implementation phases.
- Develop new features or optimize existing functionalities.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Maintain documentation related to technical design and implementation choices.
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure application stability and performance.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay current with evolving React technologies and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience accepted.
- Certifications in ReactJS, JavaScript, or related technologies are a plus.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development through training, certifications, or self-study.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for debugging and troubleshooting.
- Effective communicator with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
