Work directlywith sales and stakeholders to co-develop proposal responses and content
Meetsproposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for informationgathering, writing, review, and approval; entering and monitoring trackingdata; coordinating requirements with contributors; contributing proposal statusinformation to review meetings; transmitting proposals
Strictadherence to all RFx instructions when preparing proposals
Timelydelivery of all internal deliverables and external deadlines related toproposals, RFx responses, sales presentations, and collateral
Buildrelationships with organizational stakeholders and subject matter expertsnecessary to produce successful sales content
Research asneeded to develop relevant responses
Present andshare knowledge from learning events and other means of staying current withindustry developments and trends
Identify andleverage best practices
Administrative tasks including completing forms for RFx responses Requirements
Excellentoral and written communication skills
Planning,time management and organizational skills
BachelorsDegree or equivalent experience
3-5 yearsbusiness / technical writing experience.
Advancedproficiency in MS-Office suite
WorkforceSolutions, MSP, RPO experience a plus
Healthcareindustry experience a plus
GraphicDesign skills a plus
