Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Camunda Workflow Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade workflow solutions using Camunda BPM. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to streamline operations through automated, scalable, and maintainable workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of BPMN2.0 workflows using Camunda Platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, product, IT) to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical workflow solutions.
- Develop and maintain Camunda workflows, decision tables, forms, and user interfaces for process automation.
- Ensure seamless integration of Camunda workflows with existing enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, legacy apps) via APIs, connectors, and microservices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers and team members.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues related to workflow execution, performance, and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain high code quality and documentation standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Camunda BPM (Open Source or Enterprise).
- Proficient in BPMN2.0, DMN (Decision Model and Notation), and CMMN (Case Management Model and Notation).
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
- Certification in Camunda or BPM (e.g., Camunda Certified Developer).
- Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) for building Camunda task forms.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
