Summary:
Were hiring a seasoned Senior Business Analyst in Transaction Banking who can operate at the intersection of domain expertise, digital transformation, and enterprise-scale delivery. If you've lived through the trenches of Cash Management, API Banking, SWIFT/ISO-based payments, and Corporate Channel onboarding, this role was built for you.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving multi-country digital initiatives across our Transaction Banking platforms, covering Corporate Internet Banking, API integrations, and end-to-end payment ecosystems for large enterprise clients.

Your Role What You Will Own
- Act as the functional SME for Transaction Banking covering cash management, payments, virtual accounts, collections, liquidity, and corporate onboarding
- Own and define BRDs, FSDs, user journeys, business rules, and channel configurations across Web, Mobile, H2H, and API
- Translate regulations, clearing house requirements, and customr needs into functional blueprints
- Deep dive into payment messaging standards SWIFT MT101/103, ISO 20022 (pain.001, pacs.008, camt.053)
- Partner with product owners to drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, and functional walkthroughs
- Own customer migration journeys and ensure readiness across onboarding, entitlements, payment templates, and authorization matrix
- Validate API payloads, assist in integration design, and interface with ERP/payment systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
- Be the face of functionality for cross-border projects, including compliance mapping, SLA design, and incident analysis
- Track and resolve functional issues, perform RCA, and manage stakeholder communication from UAT to go-live
Must-Have Experience
- Minimum 1215 years in Banking/Fintech domain, with strong focus on Transaction Banking / Corporate Banking
- Proven hands-on expertise in Payments (NEFT, RTGS, SWIFT, ISO 20022), Virtual Accounts, Collections, Liquidity
- Strong command over Corporate Digital Channels Web, Mobile, Host-to-Host, and especially API Banking
- Proficient in designing BRDs, FSDs, business flows, message formats, and user management configurations
- Experience in platforms such as Finacle Corporate Banking, TCS BaNCS, iGTB, or similar
- Working knowledge of API design (JSON, XML), tools like Postman, and corporate onboarding workflows
