Were Hiring: Senior Software Engineer (C# / Python) Cloud-Native & Microservices | Azure & Databricks

Were looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in .NET Core, Python, Microservices, and Azure to help us build resilient, high-performance systems that scale.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Core and Python development
• Strong grasp of OOP principles, design patterns, and experience building large-scale distributed systems
• Proven ability to groom backlog items and ensure they are engineer-ready
• Experience with microservices on AKS and ETL pipeline development in Databricks
• Skilled in unit and integration testing automation
• Proficient with ORMs (Entity Framework Core, Dapper) and SQL/data modeling
• Experience integrating systems using Service Bus, Event Hubs, APIs, and message queues
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence for documentation and issue tracking
• Willingness to learn and implement fault-tolerant cloud architectures (load balancing, clustering, eliminating SPOFs)

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in C# and Python in enterprise environments
• Hands-on with Azure services: AKS, Docker, APIM, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Functions, App Services, Storage, Key Vault
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar data platforms
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines using YAML, Helm charts, and GitOps
• Experience with CQRS, DDD, AOP, and modern application architecture patterns
• Proficient in architecture diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
• Knowledge of data management methodologies and governance practices.
