Senior Data Engineer (PySpark / AWS) @ Xoriant

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Were looking for a skilled Data Engineer with deep experience in PySpark and AWS to design and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud-native solutions. Youll work closely with data scientists, analysts, and engineering teams to deliver high-performance data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize distributed data processing workflows using PySpark
• Develop ETL/ELT pipelines leveraging AWS services like Glue, EMR, Lambda, and Redshift
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security across platforms
• Monitor and troubleshoot production data workflows
• Implement best practices for performance tuning and cost optimization
