Role : Technical Lead Operation Manager
Experience : 5 years above
Educational Criteria : B.Tech/ MCA
Key Responsibilities :
- Technically competent with good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must have exposure to lead large size teams spread across different geographical locations.
- Prepare and Present the dashboards for divisional review in regards to the agreed SLAs
- Should have thorough knowledge on Microsoft Server and End point environment to support teams
- Have Hand held various Windows and Unix Desktop, laptops and Servers deployment and configuration.
- Should have Administration knowledge of ADS,DNS and DHCP Administration, Switches & Server hardening.
- Smartphone configuration and different Email platforms.
- Understand reporting and feedback to Management
- Knowledge of helpdesk tools
- Good Leadership Skills along with team management
