Job Description

Job Location: Navalur, Chennai

Work Hours: UK Shift (1:30 pm -11:00 PM)


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
  • New Client acquisition - Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
  • Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings
  • Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives. Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • In regular coordination with potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Process - Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients. Email Campaigns Sending mass mails with engaging mail content and follow up with regard to replies.
  • Closing sales and working with client through closing process.

Knowledge and experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential clients
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client.
  • Business Intelligence - Knowing all about your business services and products and knowing everything about your competition, which will provide the leverage needed to surpass the competitor.
