Job Description
- Supervise daily production operations to meet output and quality targets
- Manage workforce shift schedules and delegate tasks
- Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery performance
- Ensure strict adherence to GMP, SOPs, and company quality standards
- Record production data and report to senior managers
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth functioning
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and legal standards
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections
- Organize safety drills and employee training programs
- Maintain proper documentation of safety checks and incidents
- Investigate and report workplace accidents or near-miss events
- Oversee inventory control, material handling, and stock dispatch
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and maintain warehouse hygiene
- Track material movement and maintain accurate records
- Supervise loading/unloading staff and manage dispatch schedules
- Diploma/Graduation in Engineering, Science, or related field (B.Sc / B.Tech / B.Com / BA)
- 15 years of experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or warehouse supervision
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, SAP, ERP preferred)
- Strong knowledge of safety, quality, or production systems (depending on role)
- 15,000 45,000 per month
- Can go up to 68 LPA for experienced candidates in core roles (e.g., production/safety)
- Common plant locations:
- Baddi (Himachal Pradesh)
- Silvassa (Dadra & Nagar Haveli)
- Katni (Madhya Pradesh)
- Pantnagar (Uttarakhand)
